About the Team
Clay brings over 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience and 10 years as a licensed home inspector. With a Construction Management degree from EKU and a deep passion for people, he’s built a company rooted in quality, trust, and service.
As a husband and father, Clay understands the value of home and family. He works to ensure that every client’s experience is smooth, respectful, and grounded in care.

Lance holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Kentucky and brings nearly two decades of experience in commercial and residential construction, including work as a licensed home inspector since 2020.
His strong commitment to quality and customer service helps ensure that every client’s vision is met with precision and care. Lance believes every project should reflect pride in craftsmanship.

With over 36 years of experience, Mark is Clear 2 Close’s Lead Construction Specialist. His background spans everything from grading and concrete to finish trim and tile. His focus: delivering quality work and treating every project like it’s his own home.
Mark values relationships, often turning clients into lifelong friends through consistent, high-level craftsmanship and care.
